All other plans are currently are billed as out of network.
Superbills provided for billable services
If you receive a service that is traditionally covered by an insurance company, we will provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement. We do not submit any insurance billing on your behalf unless you are an established patient with us and use your Medicare Part B and secondary insurances for covered services
